THE TERMINAL · RESOLVED ENTITY GRAPH

The Terminal

One search box over the resolved graph of U.S. healthcare entities. Every card carries cross-source identifiers, provenance on every cell, and point-in-time history with diffs.

Live graph · approximate counts

9,225,866Entities
15,736,348Identifiers
5,037,272Edges

Search the graph

Type a name or a federal identifier — NPI, CCN, ASC supplier number, PECOS enrollment ID, or PAC ID. Press ⌘K anywhere on the site for the same search.

Ask Fonteum

Ask a structured question over the graph and get a cited answer — every fact carries its upstream federal source. Coverage today: ownership / operating relationships, OIG sanction records, and CMS Open Payments. Include a federal identifier in the question.

What an entity card shows

Each card is one canonical entity in the resolved graph: its cross-source identifiers with link method and confidence on every attachment, its ownership and chain edges, the current asserted record with the upstream source on every cell, and a point-in-time view that reconstructs the record as of any date — with diffs between any two dates.

  • Machine surface: /api/v1/entity/resolve and per-entity JSON at /api/v1/entity/{entity_id}.
  • History API: /api/v1/history/{subject_type}/{subject_id} with ?at= and /diff — the same reads that power the cards.
  • Graph methodology: proof & reconciliation.
  • Pin entities and save queries to your watchlist (kept locally in this browser).
